Electrical Project Engineer – Youngstown, Ohio – Job 25-01359
Salary: $75K – $120K Permanent Position with Benefits
Youngstown, Ohio manufacturer is seeking to hire an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to schedule, plan, forecast, resource, and manage technical project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree / BSEE (or Associate Degree with 10+ years applicable engineering work experience)
- 3+ years’ experience electrical equipment manufacturing designing electrical engineering circuits, and systems
- Strong understanding of NEC, UL, IEC, and IEEE
- Work experience using AutoCAD, EPLAN, and electrical design tools
- Design Electrical/Control Systems, Create detailed electrical schematics, diagrams, and layouts for power distribution, control systems, and equipment. Designs include electrical control circuits, bus bar system,
- Component Selection: Select components as required and generate project Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Knowledge of SWBD (switch panels, overcurrent protection devices), MCC, Panelboard, VFD control, ATS, industrial control panels, relays, power supplies, transformers, HVAC, etc.
- Build and test prototypes of electrical systems and engineered products to validate design concepts and performance
- Conduct thorough testing, analysis, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues or inefficiencies.
- Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of products for performance, reliability, and compatibility
- Project Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with project management and product teams to determine electrical requirements and specifications.
- Coordinate with other engineers and stakeholders to verify electrical systems and overall project design accuracy
- Open to 20% travel

Pay Range: $16.00 – $20.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits
1st Shift – Monday to Friday – 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Youngstown, Ohio area Manufacturing Facility seeks to hire two (2) experienced Welder / Fabricator / Fitters for their 1st shift opportunities. Anyone who has experience with MIG Welding and knows how to form fit and fabricate metal parts is encouraged to apply.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School, GED, Technical School / Trade School (Welding Certificate Preferred),
- Automotive Repair and / or Machinist Training is Highly Desired.
- Must have a minimum of (2) years of experience as a MIG Welder and Fitter /Fabricator.
- Able to read blueprints, electrical drawings / schematics, wiring diagrams and able to follow both written and verbal work instructions.
- Familiar with the operation of machine shop tools to fabricate and adjust metal parts.
- Candidates should have their own shop tools.
- Any experience welding / fabricating / fitting and installing Truck liftgates, Truck bodies,
- Truck snow removal equipment and miscellaneous Truck parts and components is a PLUS!
- Experience with Hydraulic Systems is a PLUS!
- Able to install: wiring, accessories and aftermarket parts.
- Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be physically fit to lift up to 50 pounds.

Youngstown, Ohio area manufacturer is seeking to hire an AutoCAD Drafter for mechanical and electrical equipment Design / Drafter who is proficient with 2D and 3D design detailing using AutoCAD.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School graduate (Associate Degree or trade school is preferred)
- 2+ years of experience CAD detailing is preferred
- Knowledge of electrical systems and code requirements (NEC, UL, CSA, and NFPA) is a plus
- Proficient with 2D and 3D design detailing using AutoCAD (Autodesk Inventor software is a plus)
- Detail project design and bills of materials
- Knowledge and experience detailing structural fabrications is a plus
- Good math and problem-solving skills

Growing Youngstown, Ohio area Manufacturing Company seeks experienced CNC Machinists who are able to Set-Up and Operate Horizontal and Vertical CNC Machines. Candidates are expected to perform various machining operations to include turning, boring, threading, facing, grinding, drilling and tapering on round bars.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma, GED, CNC Machinist Training Certificate / Diploma with a minimum of (4) years of hands-on experience setting-up and operating vertical and horizontal CNC mills.
- Familiar with 4 Jaw chuck setup and tool grinding.
- Read and understand blueprints, technical documentation and follow both written and verbal work instructions.
- Ability to read and edit CNC Programs / G & M Code.
- Choose correct tools to achieve desired product finish based on material and other specifications
- Use micrometers, calipers and tape measures to verify dimension accuracy.
- Able to calculate using fractions and decimals.
- Make adjustments to machinery to compensate for material tooling, machine or program conditions to be able to hold tight tolerances within .001
- Troubleshoot and resolve various types of issues, recommend corrective action on process failures within the department.
- Maintain accurate records and inspection reports.
- Follow all environmental health and safety (EHS) policies, practices, protocols, and regulations
- Perform regularly scheduled maintenance duties
- Operate forklift, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment when required
- Candidates should be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
