DESCRIPTION:
Youngstown, Ohio area Manufacturing Company seeks several experienced 2nd and 3rd shift Industrial Maintenance Technicians who are skilled at performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and machine installation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School, GED, Vocational / Technical School Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical or Machinist Training and / or Higher Level of Education
- Minimum of (2) years of hands-on experience performing Preventative and Machine Maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
- Able to read and understand blueprints, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, hand-sketches, operational and repair / installation manuals and able to follow both written and verbal work instructions.
- Capable of fabricating repair parts by using machine shop equipment.
- Prepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Able to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot 110 VAC, 240/480 VAC 3 phase.
- Preferred Candidates would be experienced operating welding/ brazing equipment, lathes, milling machines and other shop equipment.
- Solid verbal and written communication and documentation skills.
