Salary Range: $80K to $115K – Permanent Position / Benefits
DESCRIPTION:
Youngstown, Ohio area Manufacturing Firm is hiring a Electrical Project Engineer who has experience developing and testing automation software used in industrial machinery.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of (2) years of hands-on experience with industrial drive and automation systems, electrical design, and commissioning
- Minimum of (1) year of hands-on experience with PLC’s (Programmable Logic Controllers)
- Proficient with AutoCAD design software and MS Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience providing technical support to customers and field service personnel for electrical products and systems to include: AC/DC Motors, Drives, PLC’s, Low Voltage Power Distribution, and Electrical Control Panel design.
- Define and implement solutions for project system requirements and develop system specifications for industrial drive and automation systems
- Assist in development and test control software for PC, Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC based systems for overhead cranes, metal rolling, strip processing and rod/bar mill applications
- Experienced with network connectivity troubleshooting
- Deliver project on time and within the budget
- Limited Travel
